I got the car inspected and had a list of things that needed to be repaired including a headlight that was glued in and an air hose that was broken and at risk of causing further damage to the car. He told me he would not fix the car. He would sell it as is and stated that the car had already been repaired by their shop to the extent they were willing to fix it. Also, he would not negotiate on the price even after his employee, Molly, repeatedly stated she would work with me on the price. The manager became so out of control on the phone that he said he would not even sell me the car, saying and I quote "sometimes its just not worth the sale'. REALLY? Wow! Noticed that they had just posted the car again an hour earlier online so I called and spoke with the manager. Advised that they had a serious buyer that was waiting on them but instead of calling me back, they decided to repost the car. Manager stated that he wasn't interested in my trade after I told him his car sales experience was lacking in the customer service dept. They've had this one for 3 months and are selling it for alot lower than most dealerships within a 500 mile radius.
