My Saleswoman kept me there for 3 hours, wasted my whole afternoon, and in the end lied to me!!!! Totally unethical!"

The luggage cover in the trunk was broken, the ashtray was broken and things were missing, etc. After spending $75k on the car I actually had to argue with the sales manager in the middle of the showroom floor in order to get new floor mats! I could not to believe it. They have since fixed these issues, at least the issues I have found so far. All of the issues were listed as "passed" on the Certification Report - I doubt they were inspected. I remain suspicious of what else they make have missed or not inspected. I do like the car - but this dealership made it a miserable experience and killed the excitement. I had hoped for at least an apology from the "President" of the dealership, who was copied on the complaint, but to date, nothing has been offered. "
