"Drove almost 2 hours to look at a car. The salesman asked if I was
serious about buying it before he would let me take it on a test drive. I
drove 2 hours to look at one car.. hell yes im serious about buying!
The finance "dude" walked out and offered me 19.8% APR to finance
this 2007 BMW. The payment was going to be nearly $700 per month
on a $23,000 car.. do i look like an Idiot?? The bank i was dealing
with at home offered me 5.9% APR on the same vehicle. These guy
tried to pull a slick one on me. On my 2 hour drive back home they
called me to offer 6.3%, how do you go from a ridiculous 19.8% to
6.3% in 30 minutes?? .. pretty sad. I declined.
