After making arrangements to come pick up the car...that same day...I got a notification that the car was no longer available!! Needless to say, I went somewhere else to purchase a car. I ended up getting a brand new car for only $2,000 more than I was going to pay CarMax for a car that was over 2 years old!"

There was the usual "someone just walked in to buy that car" and other types of lines. I finally got down to a reasonable price and the the financing took days! What they told me would be straight forward and fast certainly wasn't and I hard a difficult time getting in touch with anyone during the wait. Lastly, there were fees I was charged by the dealership that I wasn't informed of on the day I said yes, bring my total expect price up by $1000, and I was rushed through the signing. I think someone else who knows more about car buying contracts and such would be fine with this dealer, but I am left feeling a little jerked around. However- I love the car I bought. Running great, was reasonably priced, and everything I could have asked for. I believe they have good quality vehicles and ultimately that's what I needed and in 5years I won't care so much about the cost. I will say that I won't use or recommend this dealer, but I also won't say you shouldn't go. 3 stars is a C, they passed, but in the future I'll hope for an A. "
