Dealer Rating: (1 review) "Despite discussing the vehicle and my financial constraints prior to driving over 240 miles, having the vehicle inspected at my expense and spending 9 hours expecting a deal to be made in accordance with the promise the manager of the wholesale lot made to me, the manager of the entire lot refused to stick to that deal, lied to my face about his costs--the car was up for bid and the bottom price was what I had been promised--telling me he couldn't give me the price previously agreed upon because it would cost him money. I am disabled and this seriously impacted my disability, my time and my money. The Briggs in Topeka had sold a vehicle I had been promised despite agreeing to allow me to take the van for an inspection. They sold it and did not even call me to tell me. I have lost faith in most dealers and am beginning to understand why they have the reputation they do. They earned it."
