I knew there was a battery issue and was assured they would check it out. I purchased the car for my daughter. She lives in Montana and her car was a constant problem and became irrepairable. At great sacrifice to myself, I drove this car to Montana with little problem. Upon arriving in Montana the car would not start. I was very upset because I had spent all I had and now my daughter has two cars that do not run. I took the new car to a repair shop and left it there because I had to return to SLC. Shop charged $94 for new battery cables and the car started and ran well for a day. It is now parked in her driveway and will not start and no one has a clue what the real problem is. I have accomplished nothing for my daughter and have no more financial resources to diagnose and repair the car. I have learned my lesson about buying a used car but it is a little late. I am 72 and have cancer and don't know how I will pay the hospital bill which is coming soon. "

Then our new trade in check engine light came on 24hours later. So I took it in to them before the 3 day take back offer expired. They changed the gas cap and charged me $100. Then the check engine light came on again but it was after the 3days. I have owned the car for 6 months and have only driven it for 2 of the 6 months and have spent over $4000 in repairs on this vehicle. I am not impressed with their services our their talk about wanting their customers to be happy."

Once we told them we changed our mind they were rude and unprofessional. The manager kept hanging up on us and never called us back. Kind of yelled at us too tgen interrupted us everytime we tried to say anything. Everyone is nice when they think they have your money then their real character shows when there is a problem.
