Sealed a deal on line, confirmed by phone, went all way over ro Randolph to pay, signed papers, gave my credit card, agreed to pay entire amount then & there. After over an hour, the salesman says the manager said the deals off. Spoke to the manager, (who I have written confirmation for the deal) who said he wasn't selling me the vehicle. Obviously a bait & switch since I did not agree to his $500 for a trade in on my Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer (1998). He had his number for the entire deal all the while. His rep Jeremy was supposed to return my call or email 2 weeks later to see if another vehcle was available. Guess what? Nada! No reply! Nothing! STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS! BBB of NJ is being contacted."

We drove to dealership (8hrs.) and got there before closing to look at vehicle and found a dent over rear fender well. The next morning we met with Mike and told him there was a dent and he assured me it was not there when he looked at car. They said they would make it up and were going to give me $$ for the dent. I went for a test ride and every thing went fine until we got back and i looked at car again and found another large scratch on the front of car where someone hit a curb. The $$ amount would not have covered the repairs so we walked away with the expense of gas ,lodging,food,tolls and 16 hrs. of driving . "
