I believe Michael Stahl knew more about the MKX than the Lincoln Engineers who built it! However, there was never any pressure or pushy sales pitch. - Over the past 2 months, I have visited hundreds of web sites for clean low mileage used cars. Their Website is the best I have seen in regards to detail and info provided on each vehicle! Very easy page navigation and tons of information just a click away. And when I requested a call back on the site, it was very quick. There is also a very neat payment estimator on the site. - They were up front and clearly showed me all history for their vehicles. Free AutoCheck reports are a click away on the web site and they went over it with me when I visited. I even got the OEM Lincoln MKX Window Sticker for my 2008 vehicle printed off the website. Wow! - Their pricing is excellent! It was very competitive and beat the local market by a long shot and most of the extended market I searched. I compared their prices for a loaded MKX to big mega lots in Dallas, Tulsa, OKC, Kansas City, and North West Arkansas but I came back to them every time. They price the vehicles to move them fast. - They have a very professional shop support staff as well. When I was introduced to the shop team, I found out that when they were a Lincoln dealer for 25+ years, they won many national quality awards for service quality. Same quality team now just under a different name. - Last but not least was financing. I came with pre-approved financing from my bank. However, Mark Whisenant was able to get me slightly better financing and terms on the spot. The process was quick and very professional. So I can only give the team high marks for the used car buying experience they provided me. Great team, excellent vehicles and prices, no high pressure sales pitch, quick financing equals Great Customer Service! Based on this experience, I will be a return customer for years to come. "
