I came to buy a car, and left with the notion that they did not take me as a buyer. I went thru the Internet and that seemed to go well, however, once on site, it was the same old used care tactics. Very disappointing. I would think that an upscale auto dealer would have higher standards than the used car lot down the street that we hate. I can compare them to another Lexus dealer that I visited where it was very professional. I call it day verses night."
