Three calls and three emails in 24 hours confirming my visit to be exact. When I arrived, the salesmen I was to asked for wasn't there, the women who booked my appointment wasn't there and worse, the car I was interested in wasn't there! While they did have another Carrera S Convertible to test drive, it was filthy and buried in other cars which took time to pull out. They are a Land Rover dealer, not a Porsche dealer and I can't fault them for not focusing on the latter but I found the experience lacking in professionalism and organization."

I walked in the door and inquired about a Mercedes Benz that they were selling.The salesman gave me the keys of the car and told me he didn't know anything about Mercedes, and I can test drive the car if I want. When I returned from the test drive, the salesman was no where to be found. Another salesman greeted me and said we will get be back to you via phone. They called me back an hour later with some terms and never ask if I like the car, if I had any issue, etc. The dealership that I bought my Benz from and I highly recommend is McGrath Lexus in Chicago.All the employees was friendly and nice. I would defiantly buy another car from their dealership again."

The truck ran well and was pretty clean although the gas gauge seemed to not work so we asked the salesman if the gas gage was broken and he stated no. We decided to purchase the car and when we were completing the paper work with the finance manager he received a call and told us that the odometer cluster may have been replaced and that he needs to go find out. He left the room and I was not happy because that can be a major issue if you know what I mean. He came back and said sorry it hasn't been replaced and wasn't an issue. So after we purchased and left the lot we had to stop and get gas. I filled it up and it only took $30.00? As we left the gas station I realized the gas gage was broke and the oil pressure gage stopped working, then the speedometer starting fluctuating. The next day I addressed these issues with the car salesman he told me to bring it back in to have it looked at, so we did. After looking over the car they told me it's not an easy fix and that it would cost $450.00 for a used cluster that would read 110,000 miles instead of the actual mileage on the vehicle and that it can't be recalibrated. The service manager said a new one would cost 600.00 to 800.00. They told me they would pay up to $350.00 towards a used one and I would have to pay the rest out of my pocket! What really bothers me about this is they new it had a bad cluster when they sold it to me and lied directly to my face when I asked them about it and when I asked them to pay for the costs they pretty much refused. I will never purchase another vehicle here....New or Used "
