After being at the dealership with a one and four year old until 10:30 we were anxious to get in our car and go home with our kids. Upon the drive home we realized that the car we just spend all night negotiating and buying was defective. There was a power steering issue, loud clanking in the dash due to the AC and the amp was blown in the radio. I brought the car back to them the next day. They assured me all paperwork would be halted until the issues were corrected and we were 100% happy. Well, fast forward to Friday and several unreturned phone calls later....our car had been looked at and it was determined that the clanking could not be fixed as it would cause greater problems in the future and the amp would cost $1500 in which they expected us to pay half! Again, after many unreturned phone calls and actually having Denise, the manager dodge pur phone calls we returned the car and got our trade in back. Thus only to find out that our registration was taken off the car, all of ournfloor mats were taken out and unable to be found, and the paperwork was not halted resulting in a loan for a car that I did not have in my possession! Kia admitted to us that we were failed on all levels from service all then way to management. They even admitted that the car they sold us was going to auction. Now, why did they sell us a car that was eventually found to be unworthy of sitting on their lot? Terrible for a dealership that is supposedly "for the people". "
