"Very disappointed with this dealership. I do not recommend them at all. We where going to trade our vehicle there to buy a new one and left ours there so we could take the new one over night and we decided that we didn't like it. But when we went back to pick ours up they all ready had 5 families looking at ours when no deal was even done. And to top it off we had more tan a 1/4 of a tank of gas when we went there but it was empty. And if that wasn't enough the check engine light was on when it was never on before. This is not all tba happened but I'm not going to write my whole experience with these people just beware and take your time when looking for a new or used car. I highly do NOT recommend Ancira at all. They don't even deserve 1 star."

"Superior service, immediate Internet contact the night of my request, followed up with a personal phone call the next morning to find out my true needs. They had a better than good selection of most of my desires. The cooperation between all dealerships was more than cordial, it was truly helpful. The Internet "Counselors' ( which they should be addressed because of their desire to meet your needs) NOT managers even transitioned very easily when another was busy. Their honesty and "down home" attitude of a good neighbor or friend came across strong for me. i am sure at another dealer i might have tried their patience but here in my indirect choice, they were great car counselors and professionals who made me feel like i had a part in bargaining to my advantage, especially trading as i did!"
