The next day when I called to ask about the car the man said "oh sorry we sold that yesterday, but we have a black one here!" He then told me it was for sure an automatic. Got there the next day and the mini was a manual. There was NO parking at all because the cars were packed in like sardines. Almost like a fat chick trying to squeaze into a size 0 mini skirt. After looking at a couple of the cars the man just wouldn't let me look around. He followed us the entire time and if I made any comment to my husband about the car, the car salesman was almost interupting my husband to tell me how great and cheap the car was. Do NOT go there!!"

With the same guy on the phone, we made plans to visit on the weekend. He gave me his cell phone number if I had any questions in the meantime and when we tried several times to contact his mobile, we were only getting his voicemail and no calls back from him. Before leaving home, I thought I'd give my last try with the general manager and he was no helpful either. He sounded impatient after explaining to him from my first contact via email with them to the never got call back from his sales associate that promised me my offer was acceptable. Instead, this manager firmly rejected my offer and that was it! I guess they have poor communication and aren't really helpful or useful to me. The vehicle is still available and is priced high. I'm sure the manager is enjoying the drive as I was told he has been driving it and putting the extra mileage. As you can clearly see the experience I was going through in hopes of making a deal with them and obviously, ROCK AUTO GROUP isn't willing to try and work a deal with me. I wish you luck, but go cautiously as others have said similarly about their experience."
