In all I received 4 calls from 2 different people, neither of whom had apparently read my CarGurus -sourced email. They also didn't track the stock number of the vehicle with my contact info, so when they called they had no idea which car I was interested in, and neither Sales Reptile could answer my simple questions. Very poor way of securing my business, which I took elsewhere."

Although, my intention was to buy the red Lexus GS 350 I test drove and feel head over heals with in small amount if time. The negotiations figuratively speaking was agreeable, but I wasn't comfortable with the monthly payments. Jeremy was very knowledge, upfront with the condition of the vehicle, and not pushy during the process. I purchased the G37 for wifey and although it had some cosmetic defects, Jeremy contacted the dealership whom repaired the minors cosmetic issues. I wish I would have purchased two vehicles from Jeremy, but my next purchase will be from Auto Web Expo. The owner was amazing to deal with as well. They sell a great warranty, gap insurance, and maintenance vehicle they sell for less than the dealership. Their prices can't be beat, their customer service can't be matched, and they have a plethora of beautiful vehicles to choose. Hands down, overall they were the best in their class, so you owe it to yourself to stop by and buy yourself a car. "

Received a call back that went to voicemail. When I called the number the salesman left, it was the general dealership phone number that required a last name to leave a message for a specific sales person (I only had a first name). I left a message in their general mailbox and didn't get a call back at all, ever, from anyone. They must not need the business that bad, I guess. Found fabulous service and the exact car and price I was looking for at Boardwalk Volkswagen of McKinney. Shop there and ask for Joe Woodward. Impeccably honest and excellent customer service."
