"The car was filthy and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The salesperson tried to say that it was someone who smoking nearby that caused the smell. I didn't smell any smoke until I opened the car door. The salesperson couldn't answer any questions without asking someone else first. She said she would followup with an email the next day about some questions I had but that never happened. Needless to say we did not buy the car and would not go back there."

"From the moment I inquired online to the experience at the lot I was
treated with stellar customer service. I had already gone to a number of
dealers and was never given any information on my personal details (fico
score, ltv factors, bank financing options, true car msrp value) but at
Capitol Kia, all tjis information was disclosed upfront, the transparency
of buying a car, ZERO money down, 100,000/10 year warranty, affordable
paymrnts with my bad credit is what sold me! Ask for Frank or Misty! I
thank Honda of Hayward for such a terrible experience and Capitol
Honda for stating I could not buy a car with zero money down and my
bad credit...guess at Capitol Kia it can be done! :)"
