"They followed up w me. Kept in contact and wasnt too pushy.they
gave me a fair deal. I just had to watch because they kept trying to
add in extras. The finance guy really got pretty pushy and annoying.
Trying to sell me an extended warranty. I thk I got chg'd for a paint
protectant anyway but they called it shop fees. All in all the deal went
ok. Really took forever to get paperwrk completed. I came frm tucson
so I arrived at 6pm and didnt get out of there until after 10pm

"Deceitful, fraudulent behaviour and lied to me including hte assistant general manager. I was treated and basically told on the phone I was a , 'non-valid or non- customer'. They strung me out for 3 days. This is a dealership who should never use the internet to advertise because their frame of reference and knowledge base is inadequate and too antiquated. I placed a formal complaint with Honda headquarters. I would grade them but there is nothing lower than an 'F' in the grading system."
