2001 Honda Civic LX Review

“Good little car”
Bought the car in 2001 as a loss leader. Survived Oregon, moved to Nevada, another move to Washington. Great fuel economy. Endured 7 accidents (crazy Oregon drivers). Had regular maintenance. Only major maintenance was changing the exhaust manifold and just had an issue with the transmission. But it was after 190,000 hard miles.

"Called on a Friday to see car on a Monday. Drive 30 plus miles to see the
car. When I got there car was filthy inside and smelled badly of cigarette
smoke. Salesman was embarrassed by the condition of the $18000 used
vehicles condition. Promised to have it cleaned. Could not make a deal.
Salesman sent me an email and I responded with my dissatisfaction of
the whole process and they never retuned my call or email."

unable to provide the second key fob. They promised to locate it
and mail it to me. When that didn't happen I called an d was told by
the salesman that he would follow up with the person who had
knowledge of it. I never heard back. I sent two e-mails to the sales
manager asking for assistance. My e-mails were never
acknowledged. Three weeks later and no key fob and no contact
from the salesman or the sales manager."
