"Dealer lied, I knew the vehicle was in an accident, but when questioning and talking to dealer he never mentioned half of it. When I drove 3 hrs (200 miles) to look at vehicle it was way worse than was explained over phone and through email. Was told bumper had 3" crack that was all. When I got there saw the 3" crack as well as the bumper cover being held together by zip ties, the grill cracked and broke, the windshield had a crack in the corner (it was fixed with epoxy but still was not told of this), a rear speaker was not working, and the obd2 connector was not operational when we looked into it. They did replace fuse while I was there to get obd2 port working, but couldn't deal with the other problems and not being told all this stuff over the phone."

"I had to do some dickering with them, but in the end I got what I wanted, and believe the price to be fair for both parties. (My savings-Their profit). Had the vehicle for 1 day and an issue arose with the tranny. Took it back to them, and they offered to release me from our agreement with no hassle. Told them I wanted the truck, so they are ordering new parts and fixing it at this very moment. Great attitude from Gene the General Sales Mgr. and Scott Stricklin our immediate sales person. Well worth the 1 hr. and 15 min. drive to do business with. The review states Expressway Ford, but I actually acquired the Truck from Expressway Jeep which is right next door."
