Didn't want to even wash, buff, wax, or detail the vehicle before it left the lot. And gave a hard time over getting a second key. I don't know one car dealership that doesn't let a vehicle leave the lot without a full detail job . However, you talk to the manager and he'll listen to what you have to say. "

The only thing I would say is to be aware of is any added charges that are applied to the sale. We were buying a used car yet they still insisted that we had to pay a mandatory fee (NY Waste Tire Management Fee - $2.50/ tire) for all tires including the donut spare in the trunk.This fee would only be Applicable if they had put 5 brand new tires on the car (which they didn't). When I called them out on it the salesman seemed to think it had to be on there but when I said that's fine I'll pay the $12.50 but I'll be looking for my new tires.He then looked to the sales manager who said to take it off. It might have been a mistake on the salesman part but yet the manager immediately agreed. It's a minimal fee yet times all the sales can add up for the dealership. Just wondered how many other used car buyers should be getting new tires out of the deal. Overall though a good experience yet be be ready to play the salesman / sales manager waiting game. "

It is an Orange Honda 2009 listed in Excellent Condition @ $ 17, 490. We drove this car one block and we were afraid to take it further and returned to the dealership. They actually tried to sell us the Honda like this. It had a loud thunking noise like a flat tire and it got incredibly worse when we stepped on the brakes. One half day off work, drove 2 hours, and used 45.00 in gas, we got no apology and nothing from this dealership. They are rude. The car salesmans was rude, there was no explanation, apology or follow up calll. Please save yourself time and trouble and stay away from this dealership. The car was an Orange 2009 Honda Element."
