She told me she didn't even have that car on the lot, even though the previous salesman acknowledged the vehicle when I gave him the stock number. The woman offered me a deal for a similar car for 5,000 dollars more. Then she misrepresented what discount I could get if I financed through Kia (the Pensacola dealership already told me about the incentive to finance through Kia).
