"We recently purchased a vehicle through Tri Motors and were very impressed. We purchased from almost 4 hours away and were thrilled with amount of communication we achieved via phone calls and email. They bent over backward to answer our questions and answered them with obvious knowledge of their product. They worked with us beyond the call of duty to arrange a time and place for us to pick up the vehicle due to the long distance difficulties. The salesman even gave up personal time to meet us. When a test drive, after driving four hours to get there, identified a few concerns, they stood behind their product and worked with us toward a mutually agreeable resolution. "Nice truck, runs well, they didn't give me any deal though; that's my fault. Be prepared to walk if you don't get your price.. I wasn't. They need a new porter though, he washed the truck before we took it and when I got home I realized he scratched the whole thing with his dirty rag. Nothing a good wash & wax won't cure but... made me mad."
