"Terrible online service. My mother found a car and applied for Ford Credit online. Ford told her all she had to do was take that application to any Ford Dealership, so she sent it to Joe Cooper, but Joe Cooper had her fill out another application. She was in contact with them about a specific vehicle but they would only give her vaque answers to pointed questions. She then went up in person only to find out that it wasn't actually there anymore. She then found another vehicle at Joe Cooper in Yukon and tried to go there, but they too gave her the run around and only vaque answers to pointed questions. Finally she found another vehicle elsewhere and was approved but she was questioned about all the recent credit applications. All because of Joe Cooper Ford. Very poor online service. "

"We found a great Jeep Cherokee to buy-- the staff was very helpful, and offered a deal we could not refuse! Title came quickly. Everyone from the receptionist (who recommended a good place to eat) , to the very patient and likeable salesman, and the person who offered an extra discount to cover a mechanical problem. It was worth the 145 mile trip(one way) , and we would still be searching if we had not found your website."
