A problem was encountered with two of the wheels - severe rim runout on one; runout on the second. Dennis Roberts Jr., General Manager of Hillsboro Ford, immediately corrected the problem by providing me, without hesitation, with two new wheels, an outcome far more than the warranty issues demanded! "Pricing of vehicle barely in average condition as if it were in excellent condition, (wheel well rust bubbling through, baseball sized dent in hood, tires with seriously uneven wear, etc...) On top of unrealistic evaluation of vehicle condition and high pricing, they sprang a $500 "doc fee" on me after negotiation a price in the ball park of reasonable and wouldn't budge to offset the added cost. The staff were friendly and the environment at this large dealership is very pleasant, but between faulty pricing and the added $500 fee on top of vehicle price, this is NOT the place to go for a used vehicle!"
