"Had called ahead to let him know were on our way to get the vehicle we wanted to take a test drive thought he would get the vehicle ready and it was not. The vehicle had no gas so he said we will just go down the street so do not run out. Test drove down the street and back. Was not motivated. Offered for us to take the vehicle the next day but by then we had decided it was not for us. Told them we were going in a different direction with type of vehicle and still called the next day to tell us it was 1000.00 less. Not impressed with overall experience."

"I felt like I was bothering him when going through the purchase. He was able to go down to meet my monthly payment, but he never told me the loan extended to 6 years instead of 5, until I asked. On day 18 of the 30 day warranty period, the vehicle I bought needed a new starter. I was quoted $425 by them when other garages, specifically Rowe Ford in Auburn, only charges $265(parts and labor). When I bought the vehicle, I was told it has a bumper to bumper warranty for the 1st 30-days. I found out that is not the case - it is actually 50/50. That would've been nice to know up front. Not only that, the ABS light came on and I don't feel confident in bringing it back there to do the work since I don't want to overpay, so I'll just go to my local garage instead."
