"I had a fantastic experience at Zeck Ford. Rick Mears was great. I had driven a vehicle two days prior to my purchase and when I went back, they had sold the vehicle I wanted. Rick took the time to find out what was important to me and found exactly what I was looking for. He didn't just try to sell me something else on the lot. It was just my 3 year old son and me shopping because my wife was out of town. Rick took time wth me and played with my son to help keep him occupied while I was filling out paperwork. He was genuinely honest and nice, which is refreshing in a salesman. When I am ready for my next vehicle, I will definately go looking for Rick. "We were looking for a used Edge for my wife and found they had several at Zeck Ford. I made an appointment with Jason. When we arrived he had narrowed down the selection to the ones that had the options we were looking for. He was patient and attentive while we tried to figure out which one we liked the best. Once we figured out which one we wanted, the process went quickly and smoothly. We never felt pressured or rushed, but it seemed to take no time at all to wrap things up. I'd definitely recommend Zeck. Not only was Jason helpful and friendly, but everyone there was. The owner even came over and spoke with us while we were there. Great service!"
