Salesman stated "we paid too much for that car because the guy is a good customer and he upgraded to a more expensive SUV". Be that as it may; YOU paid too much so lets pass that OVERPAY off to the next customer??? After dickering back & forth they gave me whopping $300 off a $34K car (asking price)....big deal! Other dealers have the same car asking $31K-$32K. Salesman Mike was nice! Salesman Mark couldn't be bothered! It was like he was doing me a favor selling me an overpriced car for asking price; Not ten cents off from Mark! Their excuse is the car is like new with 1600 miles on it. LIKE new is NOT new...it's USED! It only has 1600 miles on it! Yes; but the drivetrain clunks, the steering shimmies and the car feels like it needs some help. Salesman says "thats only wheel balancing"; well didn't you "certify" and service this car that you have had for a while PRIOR to showing to a customer? More corporate and personal greed in America!"
