The first time we met him, we were seeking a specific car and our search led us to him. The transaction went very well and we were happy with the car, but it was Tim's personality, attentiveness, and honesty that brought us back again. This time we had him search for a specific car that was within our budget and within a specified timeframe. He met all of our requirements and delivered us the perfect car. We were very happy. But where we are most impressed with Tim is 1) he knows us by name, even after not seeing him for several years. 2) he recalls details about us and our family and we pick up our conversations as if we have been longtime friends. 3) a few weeks after having bought our second car, it seemed to develop some kind of starter problem that thankfully turned out to be the battery. Tim replaced the battery without question and would not charge us. 4) Today, Sunday, we were delivering a car (that we bought before we met Tim) to its new owner when it developed some kind of problem with the clutch. We detoured to Tim's store and intended to leave it for service at a later date. Not only did Tim happen to be there, he personally lifted the hood, knew what the problem was, and fixed it himself on the spot. He totally saved the sale of our car. He wouldn't accept payment, he just asked us to send our friends....which we gladly do every opportunity we get. No one is perfect and it is insanely hard to find an honest businessman, especially when it comes to cars. Tim is honest and he goes way above and beyond just because he can. I haven't had a bad experience with him or his business (we've had other work done to our cars as well), but even if I did, I have NO DOUBT that by bringing it to his attention that he would make it all better. Check out his inventory from time to time, or if you are looking for something specific, talk to him personally. He is a neat guy, retired Navy, family man, and an all around decent guy. We are happy to recommend him and his business."
