We found a car and made an offer, and after a week of the salesman stalling, saying the car was being used by employees, etc, sold to someone else. Lied straight to my daughter's face, telling her that she was the only buyer for the car, not to worry, etc. After a week of getting the runaround, we were told that the car went back to the seller--but was actual sold to someone else. A long a winding story from the manager ensued, which didn't match the salesman's stories at all. Basically professional liars with no integrity at all."

The car that I was interested in was "certified" but had nearly bald tire on the rear (should be >60% tread to be certified). This concerned me a little, as I expect a certified car to meet certain standards, and this could be an indication of other missed items. I did make an offer for the car, which included replacement of the rear tires, and after the sales manager did not accept my offer, I left. I then received at least 10 phone calls from them to come back, although they made it clear that they would not adjust the price from their advertised sale price, and I also made it clear that my offer was final during each phone call (this was a bit annoying - why they kept calling me?). Eventually, I found a car at another Chevrolet dealer that I believe was a better deal, and a better experience. Although I think this dealer is acceptable, it does not compare to the experience I received at a competitor Chevrolet dealer."

The financial side of things (which I dreaded) went smoothly, mainly because there were no ambiguities. I got to test drive a number of cars myself, without the dealer present. When I made my decision the dealer offered me the internet price, rather than the sticker price. He was very personable. I would reccommend this dealership, particularly to those who lost a vehicle in an accident, as was my case. "
