I got the test drive, which was alright but wanted to try Out vehicle on a hill to check up hill power, salesman couldnt think of any Hills in area (I later spoke with friend that used to live there and he said there were hills all over the place, guess they just didn't want me to see it wouldn't do well on hills!) . Then I got back to office and we were talking pricing and they told me it was for sale for $9995! That's a he'll of a difference then the $7995 they had posted on Internet web-site! They tried to tell me it said on site that it said price was based on $2000 trade in or down payment, that that was on web site! So I brought up the web-site for the sales man and he just said I must have been missing something, but it just wasn't there! I was extremely upset I drove all that way just to be lied to and have them try and take me for more money! I'll never go back in future and will also tell everyone who's looking not to believe their pricing, because they lie! I went to another dealer to look at same make vehicle and they were very accomadating and said they had heard other dealerships sometimes do that ..... Lure people in thinking one price and then try to sell for another price! It's not right!"

Talk to the saleman who insured me that the car was mint.I was told it was on the showroom floor and that it was a creampuff.I asked him to email me pictures of any scratches and was told there was nothing to worry about.They are the counry club of Cadilacs.When I showed up everything changed the price went up my loan intrest went up and the car was far from mint. Very upset with the lies they told me. They can not be trusted. All they care about is the sale.I am still waiting for them to complete their end of the deal. Now I can't get a returned call! Called the owner and left a message with him to tell him about my exsperence with the saleman and the dealership. No surprise no returned call.Buyer Beware do not trust them!! I have bought several cars online and have never been treated like this. I will never do business with scam artists like the people at VALLEY CADILAC. Please beware very untrustfull people. They will return your call untill you buy then they want nothing to do with you. $42 thousand dollars spent and all I want is the extra set of keys they said they would mail me. Over a month and countless calls and voice mails. Unreal!!! Worst dealership I have ever delt with. Think twice before buying from them if your are going to travel get everything in writing before you go. Trust me they are not a man of his word. If the price seems good beware!!!!!
