Our email request was due to the fact that neither myself or my wife could return to their office with our son; as we worked until we were closer to an agreement. We stated that we would be willing to come to their facility, if they responded with a counter offer. They wouldn't respond to our offer via email. Very disappointed in their follow through. "

Then the GM got pushy stating that if I like the vehicle then just buy it. Furthermore you could see that the vehicle had been in an unreported accident. Panels not lining up etc. I got a reassurance from the salesman that the service department goes over every vehicle and they are in tip-top shape. Yet this service department missed the fact that the transmission dip stick had been broken and a wood screw was being used as a handle. The last and final thing was the price. The salesman quoted $16999. This was to I assume get me inside the building. Once he sat down at his computer though and looked at the truck online the price went up to $17491 stating that he made a mistake. Horrible buying experience."
