"Horrible! They hounded me like fox to hounds. Steve and Don were very
nice however the sales woman Jamie, called me 10X, twice before I left
the dealership and twice everyday for the next 4 days..... Not to mention
her hostile approach of salesmanship telling me I needed to turn my car
around and give her a credit card to hold the car twice! Considering that
my fiance and I invested both time and money into buying a vehicle I
was there just for a test drive. I wanted to tell him about it but he was
not home yet from work. But this saleswoman put such a bitter taste in
my mouth with her cut throat sales approach It makes me think about
the whole establishment and what type of sales ethic they have all
together. We bought a Toyota from another dealership....amen. "

"I was disappointed in my overall experience. I literally had to go
into the dealership after walking around for 10 min looking for the
hybrid. The salesman that helped me was watching tv and
happened to ask if I needed any help. Then when I told him what I
was searching for he said the car was being driven by the service
manager and he had already left for the day. I drove a 2012 camry
le - not a hybrid for about 30 minutes. When I took it back he
explained that WV was not really that great for hybrid mileage and
I would be better off with the car I just test drove - naturally! Not a
great experience."
