At first they were great for letting us know what they had in stock and even helped us out in my search for what I was wanting. I was the first person they called when they got in the ride I was searching so hard for. But from then on, it went down hill. They were nice, when you were able to get ahold of them, they were very very disorganized, and made it really hard for us to deal with them. I have now had the suv for about two weeks and still are having a few issues with some of the paper work and stuff... But I did end out with what I wanted, from the right body color to the 20" wheels and the sunroof I had to have. So in the long run, they did pretty well on helping me get what I really wanted, just had some bumbs along the way."
