“My Buick surprise”
I never thought of myself as a Buick driver. I thought Buicks were boring. But my peppy V-6 gets me around anyone I want to pass, and I average 30 mpg! I know ugly hybrids that can't do better than that! And the ride is outstanding.

"My primary objection to this dealer was that when I arrived, after telling the Internet Sales Rep. that I was coming up there, not only was the vehicle I was interested in not ready for a test drive, the salesman could NOT LOCATE the car! After floundering around for about 20 minutes or so, they discovered that it was in the body shop having some "touch-up work done to the rear bumper." I never got to see the car, after driving approximately 50 miles each way to get there. They told me that it would be ready for a test drive on Wednesday (I was there on Monday). Based on my experience, they are a bit disorganized, but this is most likely an unusual event, so I will not grade them down too far. Everyone was friendly, and the salespersons were very apologetic for this foul-up."
