The vehicle had just been delivered but not safety inspected. I dealt with Steve Norris, on-site who walked me through the whole process. No haggle price and reasonable down pymt got me a 2012 jetta with 10,000 miles, pre-owned/certified with pymts as low as 177. per month however I purchased the extended warranty to 6 years, 70,000 miles with a low pymt of 253. The car was imaculate. The service was awesome. I enjoyed visiting the new Tucson VW LEED certified store and was treated with the upmost customer service and satisfaction."

I had a 2 1/2 hour drive so I asked a lot of questions about the jeep I was interested in. Upon arriving the jeep looked nice. Upon closer inspection there were lots of items broke and the read main seal, transmission and other places were leaking. I spoke with the owner and told him of the problems. The owner said he was going to take the jeep off the line because the jeep has his name on it and he was not going to sell it with those issues. I did not buy from him and left. Just an FYI. The 2007 jeep is still listed and has not been taken off the for sale. Just look twice but I did like that the owner did not try and sell me something else. "
