Couldn't even give me an approximate estimate of payments without first pulling my credit report -and here's the good part : even with my credit scores ! ( I had recently pulled my own report ) ... Sales associate kept coming up with all these funky excuses why THEY had to have their own report. At one point she said only way could give APPROXIMATE ESTIMATE of payments was to visit dealer ! ( 2 hours away ) **** if they were the only dealer in Florida - I'd drive to Georgia. "

Door dings, scratches all over the front and back bumpers and top of the back lift gate. The headliner inside had a 3" rip in it. Showed us some other crappy used cars and then a new top of the line Traverse. They knew it was out of our price range, expected us to pay sticker price. Wouldn't look for the past year model for us or other options that would bring the price down. After we bought a traverse in Folsom 3 days later the called to try and negotiate another deal."

On the commute from 200 miles away, the sales person called to see if we were coming even though we were early for the distance. Arrived after washing our trade and found the the Audi had not been washed, tires were shot, car was scratched and the engine had been tuned to run fast as it was making strange noises. Five minutes later we told the sales person how mis-represented their Audi was having traveled nearly three hours. The only saving grace is that the sales person directed us to Bellevue Audi as they had an Excellent 05 Audi Allroad which we were able to come to a reasonable agreement on and purchased. Hawkish sales persons at Lakeside Toyota and just had the old slime ball feel that gives the car business a bad rap. Watch your back at Lakeside Toyota or you will get dipped in a lake of slime...."
