Avg. Dealer Rating: (13 reviews) "I have bought the car from Premier Honda. During my first 2 visits, the salesperson was answering all my questions. I was told that there are no problems in the vehicle and it is fully tested. When I got this inspected through external mechanic, we found some issues costing more than $1k to fix it. They increased the price and I also agreed for getting those fixed through dealer. On the final day, the behavior of sales person was really changed. He was avoiding all the questions, and showing unnecessary attitude. He also told me like we ware doing lot of favor mentioning that he picked me from home, fixed the problems, got it checked through external mechanic (though I paid for the mechanic charges) . I also asked him evidence for fixing the problem and he said he can't provide. When I told him that you have increased the price for the same he went in and showed me some internal paperwork. I asked him I need a copy of this for my future reference he refused to give. Also he gave me handwritten (My name, Amount, Dealer name was written by hand) instead of detailed receipt and told me that this how they give receipt for used cars. When I talked to his manager he gave me detailed quation (not a receipt) for my reference.Also later I found that temporary color work was done for the scratches on car which got washed off a after a rain.:(. My thought of buying a car from dealer was for reliability and service. I did not experience either. Hence I strongly recommend NOT to buy a car from Premier Honda."

Is I felt like the salesperson was trying to trick me in to purchasing a vehicle that we did not discuss over the phone the 3 to 5 times I spoke to him before I visited the lot. The salesperson lacked knowledge of the vehicles I was interested in and his appearance wasn't neat at all. His lack of knowledge was not limited to just the vehicles but also the operation of the dealership. I wanted to leave and was really close to leaving a few times. However, I purchased a vehicle from this dealership even with the issues. It was a good price for a fine vehicle. This review could go lower if the dealership doesn't honor what we agree to when we made the deal. "
