They helped me find the right car for "me" (not for "them"), helped me get financed despite my suboptimal credit situation, and treated me with dignity and respect throughout the process. They are a group of professionals who are clearly happy to be working in this unique car dealership environment. I bought a used car from them (2005) and immediately took it to another dealer for a bumper to bumper inspection (engine included).
