Dealer Rating: (4 reviews) "Overall a decent experience but while we were test driving the vehicle we were told the vehicle had Sirius Radio capablities, blue tooth, etc (the online advertisement also stated it had it) but they would have to turn it on for us. The salesman was new and was not familiar with it. After we had signed the papers an was asking about our 3-month free trial to all of this, the salesman discovered that the vehicle did not have those capabilites. He should have been more familiar with the vehicle before trying to sell it to someone. Needless to say, we were not happy. The GM came to speak to us and agreed to purchase a separate Satellite radio for us. There was no way to turn on Sirius radio because it is a factory install. We were bummed but bought the vehicle anyway. "

The car that I was interested in was "certified" but had nearly bald tire on the rear (should be >60% tread to be certified). This concerned me a little, as I expect a certified car to meet certain standards, and this could be an indication of other missed items. I did make an offer for the car, which included replacement of the rear tires, and after the sales manager did not accept my offer, I left. I then received at least 10 phone calls from them to come back, although they made it clear that they would not adjust the price from their advertised sale price, and I also made it clear that my offer was final during each phone call (this was a bit annoying - why they kept calling me?). Eventually, I found a car at another Chevrolet dealer that I believe was a better deal, and a better experience. Although I think this dealer is acceptable, it does not compare to the experience I received at a competitor Chevrolet dealer."
