“Great for family vehicle”
We bought the Highlander to use as a roomy alternative to a sedan. There is loads of room and height inside for our little one to comfortably get in and out. the looks of the 2012 are more like an SUV, and that is what was so attractive about it. Flatter front end. bug out headlights.

"Overall, it was a good experience. I'm a picky buyer, and I'm also not fond of the stereotypical "car sale." For the most part, it was a relaxed experience, they were patient with me, and everyone asked if I was being attended to (better than some other shops I visited). There was a "salesly" part to the close of the deal, where the extended warranty was discussed, and when I met the used car manager, he came across as though I had irritated him already, and we had just met. That part didn't feel as receptive as I'd like. My salesperson, Liz, was engaging and conversational, and I would recommend and refer to her for others in the process."
