I spoke with 3 different people including our sales person Dennis which he told me his hands are tied. They would not get us an oil cap even though they were the ones who did the oil change. Terrible customer service over a $10 oil cap. I was treated so good when we were interested in the vehicle. I was treated terrible after the purchase. I was forced to give them one star. Otherwise it would have been none. "

Thye allowed me to inspect the car on a lift, and take it for an extended test drive. They even contacted the previous owner so that he could answer any additional questions I had about the car. They were not "pushy", they worked very well with my bank, and the car was ready for pick-up as promised. I highly recommend this dealership and will come back the next time I am looking for a car!"
