"I drove from Nashville to look at the advertised van on Cargurus. It was beat up quite a bit. I ended up buying a van in much better condition and paid them what I consider a premium price. All they had to do was fix a strap for me on the back row seat. Probably a few dollar part. I called the salesman, the business manager, and also the operations manager. They all would not return my calls. I would advise against buying any car from this dealership. Their practice is obviously abandon the buyer after the sale is made. I regret my purchase. I could have been treated that way much closer to home. I will not be buying from them again."
