I saw a good deal on a 2007 Saab 9-3...went their with the intention of buying...saw a 2008 Saab 9-3 for 1500.00 and less miles at another dealership but hated the color....in talking with salesman his attitude was to either take it or leave it, did not answer questions, he didnt know a lot about the vehicle, made you feel that you were wasting his time unless you were ready to sign on the dotted line....the best part of this was when I drove by the dealership with my new Saab 9-3 (he was not there) I got this for 2,000 more, less miles, more equipment etc. Its important to have on-going training for salesman because people like me will spread the "word of mouth" on bad service when we are willing to spend more on what we want not what they want to sell!!! Im sure there are very good sales people here and this statement does not reflect on them but only to the person that I dealt with....and yes when I get your name it will surely be added here and elsewhere!!
