For days afterward the vehicle was still listed on the dealers website, and I continue to get spam emails from them asking if I'm "still interested". Avg. Dealer Rating: (6 reviews) "Bait and switch tactics are what you can expect from this dealership. The salesman comes in with a great discount to encourage me to purchase a new 2012 vehicle. Then he begins to add all the discount back into the deal. He tells me it will all be worked out by the closing manager. I went along with the deal understanding I had three days to cancel the contract. Once home I reviewed the contract and called the closing manager to rebut the deal and asked him to change it. He told me to wait and he would talk to the sales manager and get it worked out, he would call me back in an hour. It never happened. Again, I called and emailed him about the contract changes before the three day right to rescind was up, and he called back to tell me he would go into a sales meeting and get it worked out, and call me back within an hour. He never called back. After the three days were up he sent me an email to tell me the deal was what he wrote and that it was final. There are many more details to all this, but this is a summary of my disappointment to the" used car" tactics that are used by an obvious "desperate to make sales quotas" dealership. I will bring the car to another dealership for service and I recommend all others to stay away from this pit of vipers. "Caveat Emptor" should be the slogan which interprets to "Buyers Beware""
