The only thing I would say is to be aware of is any added charges that are applied to the sale. We were buying a used car yet they still insisted that we had to pay a mandatory fee (NY Waste Tire Management Fee - $2.50/ tire) for all tires including the donut spare in the trunk.This fee would only be Applicable if they had put 5 brand new tires on the car (which they didn't). When I called them out on it the salesman seemed to think it had to be on there but when I said that's fine I'll pay the $12.50 but I'll be looking for my new tires.He then looked to the sales manager who said to take it off. It might have been a mistake on the salesman part but yet the manager immediately agreed. It's a minimal fee yet times all the sales can add up for the dealership. Just wondered how many other used car buyers should be getting new tires out of the deal. Overall though a good experience yet be be ready to play the salesman / sales manager waiting game. "

Had the vehicle for 1 day and an issue arose with the tranny. Took it back to them, and they offered to release me from our agreement with no hassle. Told them I wanted the truck, so they are ordering new parts and fixing it at this very moment. Great attitude from Gene the General Sales Mgr. and Scott Stricklin our immediate sales person. Well worth the 1 hr. and 15 min. drive to do business with. The review states Expressway Ford, but I actually acquired the Truck from Expressway Jeep which is right next door."

They were notified, came and p/u the car and left a loaner with out of date tags. Couldn't drive it. They returned the car and left. To this day, the problems still persist. Everybody was very nice. Our salesman was nice, but he was full of it. We are still trying to get the problems fixed."
