“I Would So Get Another One!!”
I couldn't stand giving up my 11' Escape XLT 4WD V6, so, i got a 2012 Limited. I love my car & wouldn't want to get anything else. I love driving her, she's good on gas, no repairs needed, awsome truck all the way through.

"Overall really good, Sales not that pushy, they gave me time to check out other vehicles even though I had one picked out. They keep the gas tanks very low but give you $10 gift card for fuel. They made me watch a video about some UV protection spray but then never offered it to me! I called and talked to the finance the day before and they gave me final cost 30min later. The vehicle only had one simple key and the sales guy gave me a fob and programed it for me. On the way home I found out one of the speakers is blown, I emailed them and havent heard back. thats why not 5 stars."

"Poor customer service. I was bounced around between salespeople, left waiting too long without knowing what is going on while the tires were rotated (which I had to argue with the salesperson for them to do it even though there was a definite vibration), the finance person was VERY crabby and pouty when I didn't finance with them or buy a warranty. Overall very poor service. But, a good deal on the SUV that I purchased."
