I gave her 4 stock numbers from their web site. She said someone would get back to me. Received an email from some guy, said he would take care of me. But he didn't have the info I requested. Received another email from someone else. She didn't have the info I requested. But she did say that the web site inventory was current, but is different. When you live 4 hrs. away and want to do business with a dealership they need to understand that maybe you can't spend time on the phone while at work. I need to use email to transact business. They just want to give you the runaround unless you give them your phone number. "

I asked to call him back later in the day. I called and gentleman was with a customer, I left a message. I called Tuesday, mid morning. Gentleman was with a customer so I left a second message. I called Wednesday, gentleman was with a customer, I did not leave a message. I then received 2 emails. The first advising that the vehicle I had asked about had been sold but they had similar vehicles albeit at a higher price. The 2nd email just moments after the 1st was asking if I was satisfied with Reynolds Mazda. I responded to the 2nd email. I told them I had received a call but that I tried to return it 3 times leaving 2 message in the course of 3 days I had not received a return call so either he was not getting messages or just didn't return messages. Surprise, I got a call within the hour. We are still looking for a vehicle."

Avg. Dealer Rating: (11 reviews) "I contacted this dealer to inquire about a 2012 Infiniti convertible that was advertised online. After several phone calls and negotiations, I agreed to purchase the vehicle for a cash price. The sales person told me he would call me the next day and we would do the paperwork as it was already late in the evening and they were ready to close and go home. I told the sale person I would pick up the car in two days as I had to go out of town the next day and I was driving from San Antonio, Tx. The sale person stated he would call me first thing the next morning and also stated he would get the car ready for me to pick up. The day I was to pick it up was his day off but he would come in and personally handle the transaction. The sales person assured me several times that the car was absolutely flawless and gave me the the complete background story about how they received the car. The sales person stated he personally inspected the car and drove it. I told the sales person I was retired from the U.S. Air Force and I was purchasing the car for my son. He told me the car was traded in by a prominent, wealthy local woman and her husband and that they had purchased a 2013 platinum ford pick up and a 2013 SHO Taurus. The sales person said he would call me early the next morning and that he required a $1000 earnest money deposit which I agreed to. At approximately 11:30 am the next morning he called me and stated he had some BAD NEWS for me. He stated the car had been wrecked, had frame damage and paint problems. This was unbelievable to me as they gave me the complete story on how they got the car and told me on several occasions that it had a clean Carfax report and the car was flawless. The sales person had the Manager's as well as the Owner's approval to sell me the vehicle on the agreed purchase price. He told me that they now would not sell me the car and were taking it to auction. I informed the sales person that I still might be interested in purchasing the vehicle and that I would come up and assess the damage. He informed me that he would talk to the owner and get back to me within the hour. I never heard from the sales person again even though I placed three phone calls and left messages for him to call me back. Personally, I believe they probably got a better offer on the car and this was their way of canceling out our purchase agreement. I would strongly suggest anyone contemplating to purchase from this Ford Dealer - be extremely careful! The way this transaction was conducted is the reason why car dealers and car salesmen have one of the worst reputations of any profession!"
