My friend went by the dealer for me and found over a dozen. The dealer pulled most of the dents out. The day we drove 250 miles to pick the car up, we asked to have it detailed inside and out. When we arrived the car had not even been washed for weeks... DIRTY! There were stains on the leather seats, dog hair everywhere, dirt and scuff marks all over the outside, and the tinted windows were scratched and ripped all the way through. I decided to give them the benefit and told them we would come back and to give us a time.When we came back the car had been washed, but the roof was still dirty and the inside stains were still there. My wife took her finger and easily wipped the stains off. If I managed this dealership I would fire the lead salesman and the dealer immediately! After going back and forth on the price and defects. We signed the paperwork and they handed use "the" key. After all that they had neglected to mention they were missing one of the $250 keys to the car. They say we were buying a used car... I say they highly misrepresented the car."
