When I finally had the chance to call Tom back, he was arrogant – which didn't rub me the right way. As a woman asking about the car, he told me I "sounded young, like I didn't know much about purchasing a car before", and that he sells 50 cars a year so he knows the best deal I could get. Good for you Tom. It just won't be from my business. Too bad the other folks from Commerce that called on Tom's behalf, seemed nice. Would've bought the car from them. Chose another dealership instead."
