"Dealer had great contact with me prior to going out and even made a Sunday appointment to see the vehicle I was interested in, but when I got there, the vehicle I wanted to see was not on the lot and after he was about 10 min late to meet, we had to leave for another appointment and never even talked to the guy. I was disappointed."

"I spoke with four different people at this dealership, one associate
minutes before I arrived. All claimed that the vehicle would be there
to test drive. Upon arriving, the manager gave me the run around
and tried to bring up a totally different vehicle. Then, he "searched"
the lot for the vehicle and came back 20 minutes later to tell me the
vehicle wasn't there. When I asked why I was told all week and that
day that the vehicle was ready for me to test drive, he laughed and
make up some excuse about traffic. Terrible business! Outdated
establishment, bathrooms were nasty, and customer service failed.
Good for me that it didn't work out though because I ended buying a
brand new 2013 Honda Pilot Touring as Ourisman Honda in
Bethesda. They're awesome!!"
