I had to actually call 3 separate times to get more information from them, because they never responded to either of my emails, and the salesman who said he'd get in touch with me by the end of the day still hasn't contacted me back a week later. I also worked with Ali, their internet manager... she quoted me a monthly payment of over $450, which I said was too high. She asked for my car's VIN so she could get a more accurate estimate. I guess my car's trade value wasn't enough to make the deal workable, because I never heard back from her, even after sending politely worded emails asking for ANY update. She didn't even have the decency to tell me, "Sorry, we're just not able to work a deal at this time." As soon as you look like you might not be buying a car from them RIGHTNOW, you have no value to these people. My wife and I bought a used Mazda from them that we will now have serviced anywhere but at their dealership. They have lost our business completely, as well as the business of our extended family and friends."
